The system is used to upload all types of files as part of our activities in the conference and event sector and works in a similar way to well-known services such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Onedrive/Sharepoint and many more. However, the recipient of the files cannot be freely selected but you can select from list of recipients in our company.
Files that you send us for your project are automatically deleted after 7 days at the latest.
To prevent misuse, we verify your e-mail address by sending you a four-digit code in advance.
After successfully uploading one or more files, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail there is a link that you can use to have a file that has just been uploaded irrevocably deleted at any time without giving reasons.
Your files will of course be stored in encrypted form on a server in Germany in accordance with our data protection guidelines in accordance with the GDPR.
